2. Services Description

CyberStart Canada provides cybersecurity education and training services, including but not limited to:

  • Online and in-person cybersecurity courses
  • Attack simulation exercises
  • Security awareness training
  • Consultation services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. Payment is required before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made. Refund policies are outlined in our separate refund policy document.

All content, materials, and curriculum provided by CyberStart Canada are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute or commercialize any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberStart Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
